This is a starter document — replace it with your own legal text before going live (Admin → Settings has no editor for this yet; edit views/app/legal.php or add a CMS page).

Usage. NexGuard provides delivery-risk information aggregated from courier partners. It is guidance, not a guarantee.

Billing. Fraud checks are charged from your prepaid wallet. Subscription plans grant a daily quota. No refunds for consumed searches.

Fair use. The public API is rate-limited. Abuse, resale without permission, or attempts to overload the service may result in suspension.

Liability. Provided "as is". We are not liable for shipping decisions made using this data.
